I need help
Ok listen. along time ago i changed my territory to european, so i could farm uw back when the whole HoH controlled the favor of the gods. So now my account is european based. That is a problem since im an actually an american. So whenever i try to make a gvg guild, it uses european servers. which lags my american guild. So my question to you all is how can i change my account territory since they took out the switching thing on the log-on screen. Please Help

From the Support site:
Question Can my guild's territory be changed? Answer No, the territory of a guild cannot be changed. Each guild is assigned a territory based on the territory of the guild leader at the moment the guild is created. This assignment cannot change even if the guild leader changes the territory for his account. Although the territory of a guild cannot be altered, there is another option for getting a guild into the desired territory, and that involves disbanding and reforming the guild itself. Here are instructions on how to do so: Disband the guild. Have the guild leader change his territory selection to the one in which the guild desires to be based. After changing his territory, the guild leader should recreate the guild within the desired territory. That will be the guild's territory from then on. It is important to note that disbanding a guild means that all ladder achievements will be lost for the season in which the change is made. ---------------- If that doesn't help, I can only suggest putting in a ticket to Support.

I don't think you can anymore since they made it so anyone could go to any territory's district. When you login do you automatically go to Euro districts?

You must have some other players in mind to join your guild already, get one of them to make it. Then get them to make you leader. And if you dont trust them enough to make you leader then they shouldnt be in your guild anyway.

it does automatically bring me to euro servers. Whenever I'm the lower-rank in hero battles, it plays on euro servers. The lag isn't too bad, but i would like to have the lowest amount of lag possible.

I found this on the support knowledge base.
http://help.ncsoft.com/cgi-bin/ncsof...cml0b3J5&p_li= It tells you to change territories by switching districts from the drop-down menu in game. While they don't come out and say so, the implication is that you can no longer change your account's default territory. Every article I see there about territory leads me to believe there's no way to change your account's default anymore. But seriously, try switching yourself to an American district. IIRC, when I've logged out while in an international district, it puts me back in int. districts when I next log in. If none of the above satisfy you, then it seems the only other possibility is to contact support. |
